Carole Cornell, Directrice du projet Office à l¹ICANN prendra la parole en tant qu¹intervenante extérieure. Dear All, An At-Large community call introducing the features of the Confluence wiki that ICANN will be transitioning to is being planned for mid- June. Carole Cornell, Director Project Offices, ICANN, will be the guest speaker. Carole will discuss the reasons for the transition from Social Text to Confluence, introduce the features of Confluence, provide details on the training of At-Large community members, and set out the proposed time-table of the transition. All members of the At-Large community are encouraged to participate in this meeting. Please note that the Chair of the ALAC has requested that all ALAC members and At--Large regional representatives who will be participating in the 38th ICANN Meeting in Brussels participate in this meeting as it will serve as the introduction to the training session they will have during their Sunday, 20 June Workshop. Dear All, The next meeting of the ALAC Sub-Committee on Finance and Budget will have Kevin Wilson, CFO of ICANN, as a guest speaker to discuss the draft Fiscal Year 2011 Operating Plan and Budget which is open for community feedback through 25 June 2010. The purpose of the call is for Kevin to have the opportunity to discuss the draft FY11 budget and how it incorporates the comments received from ICANN¹s constituencies on the Proposed Framework for ICANN¹s FY11 Plan and Budget. At-Large community participants are encouraged to participate in this meeting and comment on how well this Plan addresses the priorities identified in the Strategic Plan and offer input regarding the proposed activities. WEBINAR ANNOUNCEMENT: Brussels Remote Participation Training Sessions - 14 June 2010

Dear All, Please see below information regarding two Webinars scheduled for 14 June on remote participation opportunities at the ICANN Meeting in Brussels: WEBINAR ANNOUNCEMENT Learn About Remote Participation Opportunities At ICANN Meeting No. 38 - Brussels, Belgium In order to participate, please RSVP/Register at http://www.icann.org/en/learning/webinars.htm to receive the call details. Whether you plan to attend the upcoming ICANN International Meeting (No. 38) in Brussels, Belgium in-person or you would like to participate in the various sessions from a remote location, you're invited to a brief overview of ICANN's remote participation plans and goals for the meeting. The ICANN Staff will provide two webinar briefing sessions on Monday, 14 June at 15.00 and 24.00 UTC. Attendees will hear an overview of ICANN's remote participation goals for Brussels, get a brief tour of the remote participation services and tools to be made available and learn the links and resources for gathering information about the meeting sessions during and after the Brussels event. These 30-minute presentations will be hosted twice and recorded for later download to make the information accessible to community members in different time zones. Each webinar session will be run in Adobe Connect with a slide presentation along with a dial-in conference bridge for audio. Each session will be conducted in English only. Participants will have opportunity to ask questions during the session via a telephonic audio link and by using the Q&A function of Adobe Connect. If you are not able to participate in either of the two live sessions, the slides and an MP3 file will be made available shortly after the sessions. In order to participate in either of the Webinar sessions, please submit your RSVP/Registration to http://www.icann.org/en/learning/webinars.htm. You will receive log-in and call-in details and an e-mail reminder before the event. ICANN Staff is also planning an in-person briefing on Sunday afternoon in Brussels before the meeting officially begins.
