Dear All, As per decision during the ALAC call on 28 September, we started an ALAC vote on the ALS applications currently ready for approval. Members of the ALAC recently received an email with their voting credentials. An email with background information on the applications was sent to the ALAC-internal list earlier today. The question to be put will be the following: ***** Should the regional advice from APRALO for applicant (142) Information Policy Analytical Center (IPAC) be rejected? The regional advice was to accept the application. With possible answers: ACCEPT the regional advice and accredit this ALS REJECT regional advice and do NOT accredit this ALS Abstain ***** Should the regional advice from LACRALO for applicant (144) ISOC Peru be rejected? The regional advice was to accept the application. DOODLE / Community Call on FY11 Update to the Plan for Enhancing Internet Security, Stability and Resiliency

Dear All, Patrick Jones, ICANN's acting coordinator of the Security group, will talk about the FY11 Update to the Plan for Enhancing Internet Security, Stability and Resiliency in an At-Large community briefing call. ICANN developed a Plan for Enhancing Internet Security, Stability & Resiliency<http://icann.org/en/topics/ssr/ssr-draft-plan-fy11-13sep10-en.pdf> in the 2009-2010 operational year. Patrick will review the FY11 version of this plan which is intended as a baseline document for ICANN and its community for organizing its security, stability and resiliency efforts. The plan does not envision major new roles or programs for ICANN in this area. Patrick will review the plan that delineates ICANN's specific programs that address the security, stability and resiliency of the Internet's naming andaddressing systems and discuss the activities planned for the 2011 fiscal year. Participants will be able to engage in a discussion of the FY11 Update to the Plan for Enhancing Internet Security, Stability and Resiliency and its planned initiatives. Dear All, The At-Large Community wiki has now been live for two weeks (see: http://community.icann.org under ALAC). During this period, IT staff have continued to work on the wiki adding additional features. IT staff are now ready to update the workspace from the snapshot that was taken on 6 September. As part of the planned process, the At-Large Social Text wiki pages will no longer be able to be edited. However, they will continue to be accessible for reading. At-Large Community wiki on Confluence now ready for use

Dear All, The At-Large Community wiki that has been migrated to Confluence is now ready for use by the At-Large community! The At-Large Community wiki is available at: http://community.icann.org under "ALAC". The At-Large Community wiki is accessible to all to view. As agreed by the ALAC Executive Committee, editing permissions have been given to members of the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) and regional officers. Please note that the migration is a work in progress. Over the next two weeks, IT staff will continue to update the At-Large Community wiki from the snapshot that was taken on 6 September. Additional features will also be added. During this period, the At-Large Social Text wiki pages will remain accessible for reading and editing. However, we encourage those with editing rights to begin editing the At-Large Community wiki on Confluence as soon as possible.
