I would be really interested in your feedback ahead of this Sunday. (24 June 2018) That's the day when I am set to meet the main contractor performing the metric collection and analysis. It is a great opportunity if we think that anything should be done differently - but please bear in mind that we have been working on this for over a year and some of the "missing" metrics might be due to objections from some parties, mostly based on the impossibility to find a consensus definition of a specific metric. Here is the revised all-in-one-page schedule for the ICANN62 At-large meetings and social events. Changes include addition of new meetings to discussion with ALAC Chair candidates and discussion about NomCom delegates. ATLAS III and Finance discussions have been flipped due to conflicts/ The 17:00 afternoon meetings on Monday and Thursday have been flipped (and the new Monday Temporary Spec is now about the Expedited PDP). This is your opportunity to provide input. If you have a comment and do not want it associated with your name, feel free to send it to me privately and I will post it. I HOPE to have time to discuss this in Panama, but it is not clear that we can find the time. If we do, it will be a short discussion nd having comments already on the wiki will facilitate this. ALAC Chair Selection and update on Panama agenda

Nominations have now closed and we have two candidates for ALAC Chair starting at the end of ICANN63. Maureen Hilyard and Tijani Ben Jemaa were both duly nominated and both have accepted the nomination. You can see the candidate statements at https://community.icann.org/x/JiW8B (near the bottom). In response to requests, we will have a meeting with the candidates from 8:00 to 8:45 on Tuesday. Location to be determined. The meeting will not be recorded nor will there be remote participation due to technical limitations and staff availability. The detailed format will be announced but we will likely have a short statement from each candidate and then open the floor to questions. If anyone would like to present questions ahead of time, forward them to me and staff. We are still looking at alternatives for a meeting to discuss NomCom delegates. Alan

Meetings to discuss Chair candidates and NomCom appointees.

Based on requests, I will work with staff to find time for a meeting with ALAC Chair candidates (45 minutes - 1 hour) and NomCom delegate appointments (CLOSED MEETING, 30 minutes). It may not be possible to record or have remote participation for the Chair meeting. My best guess right now is 8 am on Tuesday for the Board candidates and 8 am on Wednesday or Thursday for the NomCom but that may not be what happens. I will work with staff on this tomorrow. I am presuming you do not want to start the Chair election until the meeting has happened. Alan
