ACTION: Interpretation on CWG IANA Webinars

The upcoming CWG IANA webinars will offer language interpretation *IF* people sign up for it ahead of time. Please make this VERY clear in any announcements to the community and particularly to those parts of the community that have requested language services. We have made very loud noises about the lack of or inadequacy of language services for the CWG and CCWG, and if they are not well used now that we have some success, there will be little point in us complaining next time. Tijani, I am trying my best to reflect a fair statement. My preference would be to make a strong statement that reflects the majority views, but people have felt strongly that all variants need to be presented and I have done what I could to have the statement represent all of those views. Please suggest wording that will satisfy you, but it cannot be to simply remove the parts you do not agree with. That removes what others feel is appropriate. We only have 3 hours before the comment period closes. There were two problems. That document should not have been attached. I pointed to the wiki in the e-mail. The document was from an earlier e-mail that I neglected to remove. And the 21 May date was in error, even the first time (although no one noticed).
