Hi, Remmy, thanks for the question. The reason why NPOC hasn't been included in the tool is because based the list of NPOC members at https://www.npoc.org/about/members/ doesn't list any country/territory information. If NPOC does update this table to include another column for the county/territory where the organisation is from, then it would be straightforward to bring the NPOC information to the tool. CCWG Accountability WS2

As you might recall, we were scheduled to endorse the final report of the CCWG-Accountability WS2 in Panama, but we delayed that because the Board had expressed some reservations about several of the recommendations. These concerns were addressed by providing implementation guidelines. Accordingly, I will be proposing that the ALAC endorse the report. However, I note that in our comment to the last Public Comment on the consolidated report we said "The recommendations formulated in the various sections of this report all have merit in advancing ICANN's transparency and accountability. However, taken together, they may amount to a daunting burden on ICANN Org and its volunteer community. For this reason ALAC recommends that as the recommendations are implemented, ICANN takes an approach to minimize the impact and work associated with following these recommendations." I would suggest that we repeat this caveat in our ratification of the report. Subject to any comments received in the rest of this week (by Friday), I will open a BigPulse vote to ratify the CCWG-Accountability WS2 report next week. For your convenience, I am attaching the abbreviated report with the recommendations, the full report including all annexes and the implementation plan addressing the Board's concerns. Alan

In our pre-ICANN discussion with ICANN's President and CEO, Göran Marby, Maureen and I raised the issue of ATLAS III and the need to both begin our detailed planning and for a commitment from ICANN to allow the Meetings Team to make commitments for both meeting and hotel space. As some of you may have seen, he replied earlier this week. His letter is attached here and is posted to the ICANN Correspondence page (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/correspondence) His reply was very supportive. I have now responded to his letter and a copy is attached. Our challenge is to now to organize and run a fantastic ATLAS that will meet the expectations we have set and for which we have received such a strong vote of confidence. Alan

After due consideration, the ALAC has appointed Jean-Jacques Subrenat as its representative. Jean-Jacques is a former ALAC Member, former ICANN Board Member and was one of the two ALAC representatives on the IANA Stewardship Transition Coordination Group (ICG), the group that oversaw the IANA Stewardship transition from the US Department of Commerce to ICANN. Did an update to the ICANN Stakeholder Analysis Tool which allows for the ability to search by country: - At-Large Representation - ccNSO membership - GAC Membership - NCUC membership (persons and organisations) - Fellowships - Nextgen - Accredited Registrars and also do a regional or worldwide analysis on At-Large, ccNSO, GAC, NCUC and accredited registrars. The key change is that the tool is now able to pull the information about At-Large members directly from the At-Large website so that the tool will always be up to date without manual updating. This was achieved after noting an issue with the lack of consistent HTML used to display ALSes information on the At-Large website (https://atlarge.icann.org/alses/ ) which hampered retrieval of information into the Stakeholder tool. This was documented fully in February 2018 in the Technology Taskforce (https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Technology+Issues) along with a proposed solution. As requested and discussed on Tuesday's (14 August 2018) meeting, please note that an additional Adobe Connect room has been created for use by interested alternates and observers to be able to view-only the main EPDP Team Adobe Connect room. The view-only room will also broadcast the audio of the EPDP Team AC room, however, those in the view-only room will not be heard. Note that the audio cast stream will also remain available for now for those that prefer to use that option to listen live to the EPDP Team meeting.
