Ce membre passera en revue les cinq sujets retenus ayant trait à la problématique sur la protection des marques et, en particulier, les cinq propositions faites concernant: - 'le bureau central pour la propriété intellectuelle' (IP Clearing House), la liste des marques "globalement protégées et les mécanismes de protection des droits associés à ces marques, et les mécanismes standards de protection des marques avant la phase de lancement de nouveaux gTLD - la procédure uniforme pour la suspension rapide de noms de domaine (URS) - le mécanisme de résolution de litiges après délégation d'une extension au premier niveau - le Modèle d'exigences pour les données de WHOIS pour les nouveaux TLD - la mise en place d'un algorithme visant à éviter au cours de la phase préliminaire éliminatoire. tout risque de confusion entre une séquence de caractères et une marque. Les participants pourront prendre part à une discussion sur les solutions avancées dans le rapport final IRT pour résoudre ces questions. Esta persona hablará de los cinco asuntos bajo estudio relativos a la problemática de la protección de las marcas y, en particular, de las cinco propuestas sobre: - 'la central de información sobre la propiedad intelectual (IP Clearing House), la lista de las marcas mundialmente protegidas y los mecanismos de protección de sus derechos así que de los mecanismos estándares de protección de las marcas antes de la fase de lanzamiento de los nuevos gTLD - el procedimiento uniforme para la suspensión rápida de los nombres de dominio (URS) - el mecanismo para resolver los de litigios después de la delegación de una extensión de primer nivel - el modelo de exigencias a aplicar para los datos del WHOIS con los nuevos gTLD - el recurso a un algoritmo para evitar que durante la fase preliminar eliminatoria se presenten riesgos de confusión entre una secuencia de caracteres y una marca. Participants will be able to engage in a discussion of the proposed solutions to these issues as set out in the Final IRT Report. Dear All, Greg Rattray, ICANN's Chief Internet Security Advisor, has offered to participate in a teleconference next Wednesday, 10 June at 13:00 UTC to discuss the draft plan to enhance the security, stability and resiliency (available: http://www.icann.org/en/topics/ssr/ssr-draft-plan-16may09-en.pdf) which is open for Public Comment through 19 June. Greg will review the plan that delineates ICANN's specific programs that address the security, stability and resiliency of the Internet's naming and addressing systems and discuss the activities planned for the 2009-2010 operational year. More specifically, Greg will explain how ICANN works to improve secure, stable and resilient dissemination of the DNS root zone, the manner in which ICANN works with registries and registrars to enhance the security, stability and resiliency of the DNS root zone, and how ICANN collaborates with others to respond to malicious abuse of the DNS.
