We filed this comment tonight. Added some footnotes and the text offered by Carl Schonander of SIIA. All, Gabriela Szlak and I have received a report from ICANN staff in response to a motion passed by the GNSO Council at its meeting in London related to assessing lessons learned from the first round of new gTLDs and implications for rounds to come. The response comes in the form of the attached report written by Karen Lentz, ICANN's Director, Operations & Policy Research. Whether you have been paying granular attention or just now tuning in to the program, the 8-page report serves a useful overview and as a single-source for all the work mandated for analysis, review and reporting related to the new gTLD program.
