To all: I had written earlier to Phil to thank him for his leadership and willingness to serve. You should all recognize how easy it is to get tied up and drawn into the day to day battles of just staying in business! For those numerous small companies it is all too easy to forget to say, "Thanks!" It is of great import to have individuals like Phil that carry the flag for all of us and lead from the front. I appreciate and want to recognize all the "Phil's" that have given so much over the years and to those who continue to serve! My hat is off to all the "Phils!" Keep up the good work!
