BC members – attached is our Minority Statement on the EPDP Phase 2A Final Report Thanks again to our reps on the EPDP, Mark Svancarek and Margie Milam. And thanks to Alex Deacon, Mason Cole, and Drew Bennett for helping draft our minority statement.

Laureen, Thanks for sharing GAC’s minority statement on the EPDP Phase 2A.
