Dear All, On behalf of the ATRT3 Co-Chairs, please find below information on an ATRT3 survey for individuals (including ALS members and individuals). Please note that the survey will close on 13 September 2019 at 23:59 UTC. ** Dear All, The third Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) has published a survey for individual input which can be found here: http://input.icann.org/app/survey/response.jsp. The aim of this survey is to collect input from ICANN Community members on ICANN’s accountability and transparency and help the ATRT3 Review Team to identify areas which require improvement and could benefit from recommendations. The ATRT Review is one of the few mechanisms which can directly impact ICANN’s accountability and transparency. We need your input to ensure our recommendations can address your issues in these areas. The survey tool will save incomplete forms which you can return to later IF you allow COOKIES and only when you click NEXT on the form. You will note that not all questions are numbered - questions without numbers are dependent on the answer to the previous questions. The survey contains approximately 50 basic questions of which about 30 include the possibility of additional text input. The survey will close on 13 September 2019 at 23:59 UTC. The ATRT3 Review Team will evaluate responses as input to its draft final report. João Almeida started and ran the popular website that tracks vehicle prices in Brazil. According to the lawsuit, the site received 2.5 million page views last month and over 93 million since it was launched in 2013. But Almeida found out that the domain was stolen from his registrar account and transferred elsewhere." Sonoma Valley Hospital loses 3-letter domain name to hijackers

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 6:30 p.m., the hospital’s domain svh.com was “maliciously acquired,” said Celia Kruse de la Rosa, the hospital’s communications director. Hospital CEO Kelly Mather added: “The hijacking of our domain name was surprising and we are finding out, not unusual for highly valuable three letter domain names such as ‘svh.com.’” When it became apparent that the hospital would not get the domain name returned, they “began migrating all internet connectivity to the new and current domain: sonomavalleyhospital.org (web) and @sonomavalleyhospital.org (email),” de la Rosa said.
