Dear All, GNSO Policy Development Process Working Group (PDP WG) on the Rights Protection Mechanisms in All gTLDs sent a request for input to ICANN's Supporting Organizations, Advisory Committees, and GNSO Stakeholder Groups and Constituencies. The PDP WG would like to gather comments prior to ICANN56 but no later than 05 July, and the GNSO Secretariat team<mailto:gnso-secs@icann.org> will forward input to the PDP WG. Hi all. I have sent a specific message on this subject to the EURALO list, but I am realizing that what I am looking for is not limited to Europe, so I am replicating this to the global list. I am particularly interested in efforts to establish multi-stakeholder structures at the national level. I understand that in Germany there is an ongoing effort to build this type of initiative. Is this correct? How can I get more information? Generally speaking, would it be a good idea to share the information that we have from different countries? Maybe there are some ALSes that work locally on this subject, and it would be good to know more about it. Hi all. Regarding the action item that is assigned to me under point 2. (“Notice of Preliminary Determination To Grant Registrar Data Retention Waiver Request for Ascio Technologies, Inc. Danmark - filial af Ascio Technologies, Inc. USA”) please find attached my email message to the ALAC Chair dated 2016-01-19 with my contribution. As I have requested already a month ago, please either let me know what more is needed from my part or move the action item to somebody else. I find it highly offensive that an action item is reported over and over again as assigned to me when I have done what I thought was needed from my part and nobody cares to tell me whether something else is still needed.
