Dear APRALO members, First of all, I would like to thank all those who were present at today's monthly call. For those who were not able to make it, some updates are below for your attention: 1. February monthly report is posted in the Wiki space, which you can find at: - https://community.icann.org/display/APRALO/APRALO+Monthly+Reports+2014 Here you can find the updates of the activities, conducted by APRALO members during February month, including the final MOUs with APTLD and APNIC to be officially signed in Singapore, updates from Metrics Committee (provided by Maureen), updates from participation at APRICOT 2014 in Malaysia (provided by Cheryl), updates from Multistakeholder forum to be conducted in Singapore (provided by Holly), updates from APRALO ROP WG (provided by Cheryl) and updates from Singapore Showcase preparatory works (provided by Silvia and myself), as well as Briefing on current ALAC consultations and initiatives / Materials for public comments comments (provided by Olivier, and the links for each initiatives is posted in APRALO Feb. meeting agenda at https://community.icann.org/display/APRALO/APRALO+Monthly+2014-02-25) 2. Current issues to be followed up: a) I would like to thank all those who volunteered for ATLAS II different WGs and ask for more volunteers to support in the summit preparatory works. Olivier Crepin- Leblond, Eduardo Diaz and Carlos Dionisos Aguirre are invited to participate in the next APRALO monthly meeting in Singapore on March 26nd to provide more details for the upcoming ATLAS II Summit in London. b) CROPP requests and FY15 budget special projects requests - You are welcome to submit to RALO leadership's attention requests to be included. Please, sent you requests to me for FY15 budget requests by March 4, 2014, and for CROPP requests to APRALO members of this committee - Ali and Cheryl. c) ALS Spotlight - We need volunteers from ALSs to have the opportunity to do a presentation of their ALS to the whole APRALO community during the next monthly calls (in March, April and May). Please, note, that next APRALO monthly call will take place in Singapore (f2f), on March 26, at 08:00-09:00 local time. On Friday 21 March, Singapore, the NonCommercial Users Constituency (NCUC) will hold a meeting to discuss the main topics to be addressed at the NETmundial conference in São Paulo. Ths involved exchanges of email between APTLD GM and the drafting team. The draft was sent to the APRALO for comments following a briefing on the APRALO call. Members were invited to make submissions and comments before 31st January, 2014. Confirmation was received that there were no comments nor submissions published on the Wiki nor sent to Siranush and the APRALO list. I can confirm that from memory the last draft was the version that Don has. I expect Siranush as APRALO Chair to be in touch with Don in the coming days. But since you are both there, does'nt hurt for either of you to inform the community there of the status.
