Positions Open: Please refer to the 2024 ALAC and RALO Elections, Selections, and Appointments workspace <https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/2024+ALAC+and+RALO+Elections%2C…> for a comprehensive list of all available positions, their criteria and job descriptions, and whether current holders of the positions are eligible for re-selection. Selection Schedule for ALAC Members, RALO Leadership, and ALAC Delegates to the NomCom: * 15 April 2024 - Announcement of call for nominations and Nominee's Statement.* (Except for NARALO that requires a call for nominations 30 days: 28 March 2024). * 15 April – 26 April 2024 - Nomination period (nominations accepted for 10 working days). * 3 May 2024 - Deadline for nomination acceptances * 6 May 2024 - 9 May 2024- Calls with the candidates if desired by the RALOs. * 10 May - 24 May 2024 - Elections (If required, elections will begin no later than one week after the deadline for nomination acceptances and end no later than two weeks after that deadline). * 2024 AGM [ ICANN81] - Newly elected ALAC Members and RALOs Leaders shall be seated at the end of the 2024 AGM following the close of the Board Meeting on 14 November 2024. Process for Nominations: Nominations including self-nominations, must be made directly to the relevant RALO mailing list and by sending a note to At-Large staff. All nominees are expected to submit a brief statement explaining why they believe they are a suitable candidate to At-Large staff.
