Dear APRALO, I would like to raise my concern over the Patent Application filed by Verisign with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I feel that this Application is an immediate and direct threat towards an open and free Internet. I write as an individual member of PICISOC and my views do not necessarily reflect the view of my Chapter as an ALS nor does it reflect the views of APRALO.
