Advance registration [events.icann.org]<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/events.icann.org/icann74/registration__;…> is required to access the schedule and participate in the meeting. Attendees must confirm their intent to participate in person or virtually. The deadline to register for in-person participation is 8 June 2022 at 23:59 UTC. ICANN is committed to providing as safe a space as possible for in-person attendees and is implementing health and safety practices that will include physical distancing. There are no limitations for virtual attendees. However, on-site meeting rooms have limited capacity due to physical distancing, and attendees are required to reserve seats for sessions they plan to attend in person. They can do so by building their personal agenda using the meeting website and adding the sessions to their calendar. Waitlists will be opened when room capacities have been reached. Thus, there is need to fill the APRALO VC position on an interim basis for a one year term. The term will be from the end of the 2022 AGM through the end of the 2023 AGM.
