Call for EOIs: ALAC Mentor for ICANN Fellowship Program for ICANN87-ICANN89

Dear All, On behalf of Jonathan Zuck, ALAC Chair, this is a call for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for persons to apply to be the ALAC Mentor for the ICANN Fellowship Program for the period ICANN87-89. The ALAC is requested to nominate one individual as a Mentor. Eligibility Criteria for Mentors: * Mentors must plan on a time commitment of approximately 30–40 hours before, during, and immediately after each ICANN Public Meeting. This includes extensive pre-meeting preparation, on-site support for assigned fellows, and post-meeting support, where applicable. * Each mentor will serve a term that includes three consecutive ICANN Public Meetings, beginning with ICANN87. * Mentors are expected to adhere to the Fellowship Program guidelines<https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/fellowship-mentoring-guidelines-2018-…> to help ensure consistency in capacity development opportunities for fellows and to help fellows actively participate in ICANN's work. * Mentors will receive travel funding support (if applicable). * Mentors cannot serve on the Fellowship Program Selection Committee while serving their mentor terms. While equally strategic to the ALAC, these 4 Liaisons carry varying responsibilities, often demanding differing knowledge, skills and time commitments, and even the right temperament, to be successful in their respective roles. Whatever the form of communication, the process by which such an output is developed is normally a bottom-up one and built around informed consensus. Registration Open: IMSB-led Virtual Stakeholder Consultation on Rev2 - 8 December 2025

Dear All, Registration is now open for the next WSIS+20 virtual stakeholder consultation, to be held on *Monday, 8 December 2025*, to gather stakeholder input on the *revised draft outcome document (Rev2)*. Registration <https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_LnVnnMEARtSm7zXrr0b--Q#/registration> is required *by Sunday, 7 December at 11:59 p.m. EST* in order to receive connection details. Please note that *there will not be a formal speakers list*. Organized by the *Informal Multistakeholder Sounding Board (IMSB)* in support of the Co-Facilitators, this session invites all stakeholders to provide *targeted, paragraph-based comments* on Rev2. While general comments are welcome, participants are encouraged to focus on specific paragraphs to support the comprehensive review of WSIS implementation. An initial *Rev2 response and framework document prepared by IMSB* will guide the session and be posted as soon as available. The IMSB appreciates the continued open engagement from the Co-Facilitators and their team, and invites *H.E. Mr. Ekitela Lokaale*, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kenya to the United Nations, and *H.E. Ms. Suela Janina*, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Albania, to join the consultation.
