I am far from an expert on 7 and 8 (IRP and Reconsideration), so would appreciate someone else taking these. Leon? Others are up for grabs. There is a lot to cover, so we will have to carefully mind the time. I will be online about 15 minutes before the call starts. Presuming the freezing rain we are having does not kill the power. Dev, Two brief comments. 1. I understand that there is a process underway to address and hopefully fix some of the root causes of the issues you refer to. I am afraid that this is currently been carried out within ICANN staff and I cannot provide further details other than to say something is happening. 2. I am not in a position to predict outcomes, but I do plan to include the issue you raise in your second bullet, the ability to address RALO disputes at the ALAC level, will be raised during a forthcoming review and update of the ALAC Rules of Procedure. This award program, launched in June 2014 in London, seeks to recognize long-standing community members who have served in leadership roles in multiple ICANN working groups or committees, and demonstrated collaboration with different Supporting Organizations and/or Advisory Committees. The Multistakeholder Ethos Award will recognize ICANN participants who have deeply invested in consensus-based solutions, acknowledging the importance of ICANN's multistakeholder model of Internet governance, and contributed in a substantive way to the higher interests of ICANN's organization and its community. The nomination period for community nominees closes on 12 March 2016.
