Cette session, la deuxième de nos séances d’information sur les mises à jour réglementaires avec l’équipe d’engagement gouvernemental de l’ICANN, explorera les implications de la Convention des Nations Unies sur la cybercriminalité récemment adoptée et du deuxième protocole additionnel à la Convention de Budapest pour le système des noms de domaine, La session abordera les préoccupations croissantes en matière de souveraineté et discutera de la manière dont le modele multipartie de l’ICANN peut renforcer la gouvernance mondiale de l’Internet.
