Dear friends and colleagues of AFRALO,
I would like to nominate Aziz Hilali to the AFRALO Vice-Chair position.
Aziz has always been very active in AFRALO family. He has led many actions that have greatly contributed to the improvement of our Organization. He led the organization of ICANN55 in Marrakech, which was a great success and a record of almost 1,000 African participants. He is again the organizer of the next ICANN65 of June 2019.
Due to his leadership, experience and expertise, I am convinced that he will be a good assest for AFRALO.

Thank you for giving me the chance to lead AdRALO, after extensive consideration I have decided to step down from the Chair position due to personal reasons.
As the nomination period has officially announced I would like to nominate Seun Ojedeji for AfRALO Chair position.
I first met Seun when he attended his first ICANN meeting in Singapore ICANN49, he was a fellow soon he becomes one of the active, energetic and engaged African participants in ICANN. From the ICANN Accountability to his recent ALAC membership he always a good representative for AfRALO.
I trust Seun will be an excellent AfRALO chair.

Mohamed Elbashir

I would like to nominate Abdulkarim Oloyede for the position of AFRALO Representative to the NomCom. I have the opportunity to work with Abdulkarim as co-chair of the AFRALO Hot Topics Implementation Working Group and I can confirm that he has all the qualities to make AFRALO proud in the NomCom.
I take this opportunity to thank and congratulate Mohamed El Bashir who has successfully completed his term as Chair of the AFRALO and support the nominations of both, Seun as AFRALO chair and Aziz as AFRALO vice-chair.

Subject: [Ext] Re: [AFRI-Discuss] CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FROM AFRALO, APRALO AND EURALO FOR THE 2019 AT-LARGE ELECTIONS - Nomination of Abdulkarim Oloyede for the position of AFRALO Representative to the NomCom
Dear Tijani,
I want to thank you for having nominated me to represent the AFRALO to the ALAC. Nomination which I wholeheartedly accept. I pledge to work for the best interests of our community in ICANN should my nomination be successful.
Both have demonstrated the devotion, commitment and hard work in the ALAC and the AFRALO.
Positions of responsibilities will not be able to divide us. United we are and united, as an African Nation, we will be always and this is our strength.
Kind Regards
Dave Kissoondoyal

Bonjour Tijani,
