Dear colleagues, I have been working on finding code points in ScriptSource.org (only two found!) and in Alphabets de langues africaines (again, slow work). There have only been minor edits to the panel formation proposal since v.5 circulated on 16 Feb. Lack of human resources is an issue for us, but recently Meikal gave me a list of people he thought may be willing to help and I am in the process of contacting them. Therefore, if you would be happy to OK the agenda (see below) for the face-to-face meeting in Marrakech on Sunday 6 March at UTC 17:00, I would like to suggest that we cancel tomorrow's meeting. 1. I shall put it in the wiki with an agenda for our next meeting (March 1 at UTC 17:00) by early next week. It should include all edits we agreed during our last meeting. Dear colleagues, The deadline for our presentation in Marrakech is coming up soon, so the attached version is a last opportunity to improve it. Text was added to make clear that currently code points used solely for Romanization are to be excluded. It was noticed that x circumflex has no precomposed form in Unicode. Its only attestation so far is in the EGIDS 7 language, Aleut, and so provisionally it is not to be included in the repertoire. 3. There were no substantial edits. 4. Latest version (4) of the panel formation proposal

Dear colleagues, Please find attached the latest version (4) of the panel formation proposal, a little later than promised. I have attempted to address most of the issues raised during the last meeting, added some mini CVs (thank you) and have filled many of the larger gaps in the text. I used Track Changes in Word so you can see what has changed. An innovation is a traffic light system I have introduced. The aim of it is to give an easily understandable breakdown on how close we are to being able to form a panel: Green: ready Amber: partially ready (in some cases, e.g. coverage, this is unlikely to change unless our numbers increase more dramatically than is realistic) Red: not ready Français: Voici une nouvelle version du document pour créer officiellement notre groupe.
