Propuesta Agenda Provisional Asamblea General LACRALO CR 2012

Estimados, Con algunos colegas de LACRALO estuvimos trabajando en la preparación de una Agenda provisional para la Asamblea General de LACRALO (conforme a lo previsto en la Regla número 8 de las Reglas de Procedimiento de LACRALO y regla número 13 de la UNGA). De acuerdo a las Reglas de la UNGA que se aplican supletoriamente a nuestras Reglas de Procedimiento, hay determinados puntos que sí o sí deben estar incluidos en el Orden del día. Sabemos que es muy posible que contemos con dos sesiones de 3 horas cada una para desarrollar nuestra Asamblea General, por lo que esta propuesta podría ser desdoblada en dos partes, dependiendo del tiempo que finalmente sea destinado a la AG. Esperemos que este no sea otro tema más controvertido dentro de nuestro RALO y que nuestro Secretario (y Secretario de la Asamblea) pueda cumplir con lo que le ordenan nuestras Reglas de Procedimiento y las Reglas de la UNGA, que establece que deberán incluirse dentro del Orden del día (además de aquellos puntos que obligatoriamente deben estar incluidos), aquellos que sean solicitados por cualquiera de los participantes en la Asamblea General. Might I suggest an estimation of the amount of time to be allotted for each item, as proposed? Be sure the estimate include the time for reading the appropriate resolution into the record. Otherwise, we must negotiate the wording of all resolutions before hand.
