Subject to that timeline, detailed implementation planning is likely to start in April 2019, with the first steps being the creation of an implementation team and the drafting of a detailed implementation plan, followed by the implementation proper. They were put in consideration of the community in due time and the contributions and suggestions made by all members were taken into account. Therefore, from 12/17/2018 at 23:00 UTC until 12/21/2018 at 23:00 UTC, comments will be received on the LACRALO list and / or on the wiki. If there is significant opposition, we will proceed to vote on the proposed amendment. Meaningful opposition is understood for these purposes if 5 (five) or more ALS are against it.
