The role of an observer is limited to observing the Review Team as it conducts its work and the following rules apply. * Virtual Meetings: Observers must use an identifying display name upon entering a meeting room. Observers cannot participate in the meeting chat, breakout discussions or whiteboard sessions. * In-Person Meetings: Should there be a face-to-face gathering of Review Team members, observers are allowed to attend, subject to physical space limitations.
