Character display

Dear Nhàn and Mirjana, Thank you for confirming that Confluence is displaying Unicode correctly so far. Incidentally, there is a convert-to-PDF option top right which may conceivably create a correct display, even if a browser has a moji-bake problem. (Strange the Japanese words that become English: moji is 'letter' and bake is a magical process whereby ghosts, paranormal phenomena and, apparently, broken Unicode code points are created.) Panel-formation proposal

Dear colleagues, It will take us at least one more meeting to get to the end of the Latin part of MSR2 document (See https://community.icann.org/display/croscomlgrprocedure/24+November+2015.) After that we need to turn our attention to the Panel-formation proposal for which the deadline is the ICANN meeting in Marrakech. I attach an initial attempt at breaking the proposal down into small chunks. It's based on the Arabic one and may need further adjustments. I hope it makes the work easier. Work has already been started on at least two chunks: 1. The timeline (me) (3.1) 2. The list of languages (Mirjana) (Appendix A) I would welcome improvements to this document and written contributions on any other chunk (please email me if you are interested in contributing to any section(s)). Confluence version of draft panel-formation proposal

Dear colleagues, As promised, I have copied an updated version of the draft skeleton panel-formation proposal to Confluence: https://community.icann.org/display/croscomlgrprocedure/Draft+Panel+Formati… The updates are: code ranges and questions on case, identical glyphs (also cross-script), pre-composed characters, combining marks and punctuation. I also added a list of code points at the end - are they displaying correctly for you? As usual, I welcome your comments and offers for help in drafting sections.
