M3AAWG resources as input to LACRALO policy work

Relevant for LACRALO: 1. the opportunity to dimension how important, or not, DNS Abuse is in the messaging/mail anti-abuse community; 2. references to Internationalized Email Addresses, relevant for UA and IDN work 3. reference to the DNS in the abuse landscape, more generally. It would be really healthy if each ALS designated a technically informed person to follow up on the meeting and help feed that knowledge back to the LACRALO community with focus on what is most relevant for the region. This is truly an outstanding source. It is possible that some of you or your members are participating actively and could do even more to assist the next cycle of policy with this relevant, up-to-date information. There is also an internal inconsistency in the logic of Title IV. Anonymity is a mortal blow to the transparency principle to which the clause is subscribed.
