EURALO 2012 planning – events and outreach opportunities?

Dear all, at our yesterday’s monthly call we focused on and discussed (7.) Wrap-up EURALO activities 2011 -- highlights/achievements and shortcomings as well as (8.) EURALO planning 2012 -- first ideas and proposals. As a first planning framework we noted in our December Monthly Report: “EURALO will start its planning for 2012 immediately after the seasonal break: preparations for EuroDIG 2012 (Stockholm), Safer Internet Day Leipzig (February), IGF open consultations Geneva (February and May), next ICANN-Studienkreis meeting (place and date TBC), and as a next presumable highlight, the June 44 ICANN meeting in Prague where we will probably convene our next GA and organize a EURALO Showcase. Missing minutes of EURALO meetings / conference calls

Dear all, Dear Wolf, I've been traveling a lot last couple of months which made it difficult to participate in conference calls. And as such, being able to follow-up afterwards through the minutes of the meetings is important for further collaboration within our structure and in ALAC working groups. While looking at the website https://community.icann.org/display/EURALO/Meetings+and+Events I can not find any minutes after June 2011, it is almost impossible to know what has been discussed and decided if we do not have minutes. Transparency of actions and decisions seems to me an important issue, as we also argue on others not being transparent. Chat transcripts are OK but do not reflect the content of verbal discussions.
