Arranging a EURALO Board meeting during San Juan

Dear All: I'm happy to make the administrative arrangements for a F2F/remote participation meeting of the EURALO board during the San Juan meeting (and indeed at any other time of course), however, I do need some advance warning. The change is to advise you that ICANN are adopting a per-diem based system for expenses over and above those paid directly by ICANN. Dear EURALO Board members: It would be helpful, in the period before you elect your officers, if one of you could volunteer to be the point of contact on the Secretariat email group. This is not a policy-making body or anything like that, simply to allow the regional secretariats and officers a place to discuss effective coordination between regions, and if there is a procedural matter that the Secretariats need to canvas their regions on, such matters are put to this group in the first instance.
