And part of our members are closely involved in it: * ICG - Jean-Jacques Subrenat, * CWG - Olivier Crépin-Leblond, * CCWG A - Sébastien Bachollet. Some preliminary results from these groups are open for consultation now for a rather limited period. Therefore our representatives suggested to organize a single issue call for a briefing of EURALO members besides our regular monthly call. Following the opening of the public comment proceeding, the CWG-Stewardship Chairs hosted two briefing webinars on 24 April<https://community.icann.org/x/ryYnAw>. The briefing webinars on 24 April focused on the CWG-Stewardship work process, development of the 2nd draft proposal, and provided an overview of the contents and proposed structural model. The CWG-Stewardship Chairs will now host a follow-up series of webinars to brief interested community members on the content of the 2nd draft proposal, and to respond to questions that have surfaced since the briefings on 24 April. These two webinars may help further inform community submissions in time for the close of the public comment period on 20 May. These two webinars will be held at different times to facilitate participation across time zones. Seeking At-Large Members' Input on the CWG IANA 2nd Draft Proposal

Dear At-Large Members, The 2nd Draft Proposal of the IANA Stewardship Transition Naming Related Functions is now seeking comments. Its public comment period<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/cwg-stewardship-draft-proposal-2015-0…> will close in 16 days (20 May 2015). You may read the 2nd Draft Proposal in two forms as follow: *Short form (without annexes): https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/cwg-stewardship-draft-proposal-… *Long form (with annexes): https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/cwg-stewardship-draft-proposal-… As the IANA Stewardship Transition is a critical issue that will greatly affect end users worldwide, the ALAC will submit a Statement on the 2nd Draft Proposal. While identifying issues to comment about, the ALAC wants to hear from our individual ALSes and unaffiliated members across the five RALOs to gather input internally. To provide your input, please use the template in the Word document or the PDF document attached. This template provides you the opportunities to write down general input on the proposal, as well as specific input per section. Please also note that there is no obligation to provide input on all sections. After completion, please save the document and submit it as an attachment to staff(a)atlarge.icann.org<mailto:staff@atlarge.icann.org>. Dear All, On behalf of Alan Greenberg, Chair of the ALAC, this is a call for membership of the At-Large Ad-Hoc New Meeting Strategy Working Party. New ICANN Meeting Strategy: In 2014, the ICANN Board approved a new ICANN Meetings Strategy for implementation in 2016<https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2014-11-17-en#2.a>. Based on a formal recommendation made by the Meeting Strategy Working Group<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/recommendations-25feb14-en.pdf> earlier this year, this new strategy will create some fundamental changes in the way ICANN holds its meetings beginning with ICANN 55 in March 2016.
