Terms: * ALAC: Terms for the ALAC will run from the end of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to the end of the 2023 AGM. * RALO Leadership: Terms for the RALO Leadership will be as noted on the individual RALO election pages. Selection Schedule for ALAC Members, RALO Leadership, and ALAC Delegates to the NomCom: * 10 May 2021 - Announcement of call for nominations and Nominee's Statement.* (Except for NARALO that requires a call for nominations 30 days before the start of the elections.) * 10 May – 21 May 2021 - Nomination period (nominations accepted for 10 working days). * 28 May 2021 - Deadline for nomination acceptances * 31 May 2021 - 4 June 2021 - Calls with the candidates if desired by the RALOs. * 7 June - 11 June 2021 - Elections (If required, elections will begin no later than one week after the deadline for nomination acceptances and end no later than two weeks after that deadline). * 2021 AGM [ICANN72] - Newly elected ALAC Members and RALOs Leaders shall be seated at the end of the 2021 AGM following the close of the Board Meeting on 28 October 2021. Dear Professor Erich SCHWEIGHOFER, I have only 5 comments for this discussion (and I hope we stop wasting the precious time of the EURALO community): 1. My full name, the name of the current EURALO Secretary is Natalia Filina. I kindly ask you to refuse from using the abbreviation N.F. in the correspondence, which I also read. This is completely inappropriate. 2. Since my name is mentioned in this thread, I kindly ask you to exclude in this correspondence any mention of my personal interests, my love for my Motherland - Russia, your supposition about my worldviews and political preferences. Any hypotheses you make are purely subjective. And more important - we follow the *working *agenda here, and we have created mailing list subscriptions for this working purpose. 3. I also ask you to abstain from advising me on what and how I can or cannot celebrate, how I should or should not show my attitude to my country and my government, to EU sanctions you mentioned. The ICANN agenda does not contain or support discussions on political topics, especially political conflicts. In my point of view it is an alarming dangerous line we should avoid and we should avoid destroying our working relationship and working processes. 4. Thank you for your assessment of the quality and effectiveness of my work as EURALO Secretary. Feedback is always important for me and I use this information to improve any processes. Yes, we all may express transparently our attitude to the *work achievements* (or lack thereof) of EURALO members by voting and making any comments on the *work* topics. 5. I am always happy to see you on my own and in At-Large/EURALO social networks, respectful and correct comments are always welcome. Moreover, I pay about 80% of my time there to spread the information about our ICANN, EURALO, Youth IGF and IG activities.
