ICANN tries some special form of global democracy and change of positions is a major part of it. As Natalia has rightly mentioned - EURALO relies not only on those with official functions but in the same way on people behind the leading figures, providing important supportive work and consultancy (Oliver Crépin-Lebond is the best example, with SEB not far behind).
