Dear Colleagues: The revised version of the order of events for the signings today. Note the main features for signers: You are called up to sign - enter CENTER STAGE STAIRS and sit in the middle seat, sign BOTH COPIES, and shake hands with Paul Twomey and face the camera for a photo of the handshake. You then stand BEHIND THE TABLE while the rest of the regional representatives sign. Then a photo of the region will be taken with Paul The African region leaves the stage for the start of the European signing. 3 RALOs Celebrated in Lisbon Today!

At 1330 GMT, as the finale of the Public Forum at the Lisbon ICANN Meeting, there will be a signing ceremony for two RALOs - Africa and Europe - and a recognition of the conclusion of the Asia/Australia/ Pacific MoU. Those newly-elected in AP and Africa will also be announced. The event will be webcast and scribed, and recorded and made available for download/viewing as a separate event as well as part of the Public Forum. Please see http://public.icann.org for details on watching and listening. The Order of Events is attached for your information. My congratulations to these regions for their achievement - the high- point of a very productive and policy-debate rich meeting for At- Large which I think it is fair to say has given the entire community a great 'bounce' in terms of visibility and credibility with all other constituencies.

Rudi can you explain to Wendy? The situation in the room was that one group was in favour of equal rights for individuals (including me) and other who argued that there should be only the ALS. Arguments went forwards and backwards and unfortunately (from my point oif view) irgnoted partly wha has been discussed in this constituencies for years since the cancellation of the elections. The compromise was to allow individuals to join but as noin voting members. They can also join the EURALO Board, but need a nomination from the ALS and the election vote comes from the ALS. Many faces and many languages is better than many languages and one face. If we have five langauges and five people - 40 second each - we have 2 minutes.
