Dear Community: I'd like to advise you of an update to the At-Large Travel Policy, attached in four language editions below. The change is to advise you that ICANN are adopting a per-diem based system for expenses over and above those paid directly by ICANN. For those attending the San Juan meeting from LAC, NA, and the ALAC committee, a separate email will advise you on the per diem details for the meeting. Since there are provisions dealing with election of At-Large liaisons, nomination periods for the liaisons and also for the ALAC's officers, these may be of interest to the wider community. Dear EURALO Board members: It would be helpful, in the period before you elect your officers, if one of you could volunteer to be the point of contact on the Secretariat email group. This is not a policy-making body or anything like that, simply to allow the regional secretariats and officers a place to discuss effective coordination between regions, and if there is a procedural matter that the Secretariats need to canvas their regions on, such matters are put to this group in the first instance.
