The attached plans were prepared by the small group tasked by the Council to develop draft plans for the New gTLD Workshop in L.A. Note that the small group is still working and will continue to do so leading up to the L.A. meetings but the attached version of the proposed plans are nearly ready for public distribution. Please review the attached document and provide any input you have NLT Monday, 8 October at 21:00 UTC (11 pm CEST, 5 pm EDT, 2 pm PDT) [Tuesday, 9 October, 7 am Melbourne]. The small group has a meeting scheduled for that time to discuss Council input and finalize the plans for public distribution along with finalizing the summary document that was distributed by Glen on Tuesday. Please review and submit any comments or questions regarding the draft plans or the summary document (supplementary materials) to this list ASAP but not later than this next Monday at 21:00 UTC.
