This report will contain the GNSO’s official policy recommendations concerning the future addition of new gTLDs to the DNS. When released, the report will conclude the GNSO’s policy development process on this particular issue. As this topic continues to generate significant interest, ICANN has compiled answers to frequently-asked questions to aid the community in understanding recent developments and expected future steps in this area. Request for Issues Report on Domain Tasting

Dear Council members, The At-Large Advisory Committee is requesting that ICANN staff prepare an Issues Report on Domain Tasting. The formal request is attached. According to ICANN Bylaws, no action is required from Council at this time. Once the Issues Report is delivered to the GNSO, Council must then decide whether or not to initiate a PDP. Alan
