Council weekend sessions: Final call for agenda items for our guests

Dear fellow councillors, as we need to provide our guests with an agenda of topics by the end of the week, I would like to invite all councillors to raise any or all topics they feel are important or interesting to their constituencies here so we can include them on the final agenda. I have already received a small number of topics for some of the sessions, but would prefer more input, hence this request. Please respond by tomorrow, 15:00 UTC. This will allow jonathan and myself to send out proposed agendas the day after. Item 6: UPDATE & DISCUSSION - Discussion Paper on New gTLD Auction Proceeds Action Item: All encouraged to provide input to the public comment forum. Item 7: COUNCIL DISCUSSION - Final Report of the Independent Examiner on GNSO Review Action Item: The GNSO Review Working Party to communicate to the OEC that there are concerns with Recommendation 23 and these are being discussed within the GNSO at present noting that a full expression of those concerns may be forthcoming in the near future. Item 8: UPDATE & DISCUSSION - Cross Community Working Group on Enhancing ICANN Accountability Action Item: Everyone is encouraged to participate in and provide reasonable input to their respective groups in relation to this topic noting the current state of discussions. Item 9: COUNCIL DISCUSSION - New ICANN Meeting Strategy Action Item: Item deferred to the next meeting. Item 10: Any Other Business (5 minutes) 10.1 GNSO Council appointment to the Leadership Training in Dublin. Action Item: Candidates for the GNSO Council slot for the Leadership Training in Dublin should be submitted to the GNSO Council list as soon as possible.
