For example, the %Complete on pages 2 and 6 is not indicative of where we stand today, but it will be updated once we’ve completed a full-blown project plan. The intent though is that status and other information is consistent across the work products where information may be duplicated. A second example is that the project plan and Gantt chart is an illustrative placeholder example from Phase 1. I’m constructing one for our Phase 2 effort, and I hope to have a first draft to share on the screen by tomorrow. Lastly, when reviewing this PDF, the idea here is that page one is high-level overview of the timeline. As you traverse down the documents, the information provided becomes more detailed. TODAY: GAC-GNSO discussion on IGO curative rights

Dear Councilors, Following Keith’s and Manal’s conversation which Keith reported on during the GNSO Working Session yesterday, please note that the location for the informal, off-the-record discussion between representatives of the GAC/IGOs and GNSO will be the OLIVERAIE ROOM in the conference center (on Level -1). The time remains unchanged (1.30 -2.30 p.m.) and, as Keith mentioned, the session will be open to those who are interested to observe. We have also informed the Board about the location and nature of the session, although at this juncture I don’t have specific information as to whether and which Board members will be available to attend. Update: Optional Meeting with GAC on IGO CRP

Hi all, This is a quick update on Tuesday's 13:30 meeting between interested members of the GNSO Council and GAC on the IGO CRP topic. Thanks to those of you who have volunteered to attend and contribute to this optional session. As you've seen, the ICANN Board sent a letter to both groups indicating they will soon be posting Recommendations 1-4 for public comment. In the meantime, the Council will continue to explore next steps for re-chartering the RPM PDP WG to include a dedicated sub-group to consider Recommendation 5 and the IGO protections issue. As part of this effort, as scheduled, we will meet with interested parties from the GAC on Tuesday. I spoke with Manal yesterday and we agreed that the session would be most productive if it was informal and focused on how best to ensure the dedicated sub-team is scoped appropriately. Anyone is welcome to attend and observe this session, but we do not plan to record it and hope an informal dialogue at this time will help to inform our work. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like to participate as a contributor to the discussion. We will of course report out on the conversation. Thanks, Keith
