We expect formal confirmation to take place during the next Council meeting on 17 December. Unless there are any objections, we would like to recommend that Keith takes up his role immediately on an interim basis to allow preparations to start for the EPDP Team to reconvene shortly. EPDP phase 2A Chair & interim

Dear Council Members, On behalf of Council leadership, I am pleased to inform you that following our review and evaluation of the expression of interest that was received, we are recommending that the Council appoints Keith Drazek as EPDP Team Chair for the phase 2A. We truly appreciate Keith's willingness to take on this important role and have full confidence in his ability to lead the EPDP Team to address the topics that are part of phase 2A. We expect formal confirmation to take place during the next Council meeting on 17 December. Unless there are any objections, we would like to recommend that Keith takes up his role immediately on an interim basis to allow preparations to start for the EPDP Team to reconvene shortly. If anyone has any concerns about this approach, please share your concerns with the list at the latest by the end of this week.
