Bearing this in mind, to what extent does the GNSO Council consider that the Final Report reflects consensus from the community and is in the public interest? The GAC considers that this possibly merits a deeper reflection on the current Policy Development Process with a view to ensuring that it is better able to reflect the views and input of all ICANN constituents - what are the GNSO Council's views on such a reflection exercise?
