Dear Councillors, This is a reminder to let me know if you would like to participate in the Programme Working Group. So far I have only received 2 volunteers for this - and both were representatives from the regional organisations... it would be good if a Councillor actually would like to participate as well! council meeting conference call problems - Re:

Gabi, Indeed we experienced problems on this ccnso council meeting conference call. Both Ollivier and I got dropped 15 minutes into the meeting and only got connected after another 20 minutes only to be dropped again 5 minutes later, ad infinitum. It was hence difficult to follow most of the details of the council meeting.
