Dear Councillors, As you probably know, we're in the process of revamping our website. On the new website we plan to have photos of all Councillors posted. To make the pictures look good, they need to be taken with the same background, lightning etc. We have therefore arranged for a professional photographer to come in to take photos of you just before/during/after the Council meeting on Wednesday. Suggested timeline for ccNSO NomCom appointee

Dear Councillors, One of my actions items from the last call was to define a timeline for the ccNSO NomCom appointee to replace Margarita, whose term expires before the Cartagena meeting. The ccNSO doesn't have any guidelines at all for this and all the NomCom is interested in, is to have a name about 1 month before Cartagena. So I suggest to start a call on the 1st September and close it 2 weeks later, on the 14th September. If there is more than one volunteer, the Council will decide during the subsequent council call who will be appointed. If there will be a suitable moment during the ccNSO meeting in Brussels, it could be mentioned that such a call will happen in September so that people can start thinking whether they would be interested. Perhaps Margarita also can say a few words on what the position requires. If anyone disagrees with this suggested timeline, please let me know by Monday, 21st June - otherwise I take it as approved. Thanks! Gabi
