Hello Yeo, I will leave question 1 to be answered by Byron, the chair of the working group (as soon as he is back from his holidays). To question 2: No, you do not need to be present physically during the ICANN meetings. You can participate remotely. The goal of the Working Group is to coordinate and organise participation of ccTLD managers in ICANN's Strategic and Operational planning processes. Adding observer to IDN PDP WG 1

Dear Councillors, Andrei Kolesnikow from .ru asked if we could add his colleague Irina Danelia (also from .ru) to the IDN PDP Working Group 1 as an observer. He feels that she would be able to contribute more to the working group than he currently is able to. Irina needs to be formally approved by the Council, so unless you have any objections by the 12th July, I take it that she has been approved. Thanks, Gabi
