Dear Councillors, The Strategic and Operational Planning Working Group has published its submission to the ICANN Strategic Planning Process (2013 – 2016): http://www.ccnso.icann.org/node/35481 This is a call to support a Council statement, which will support the SOP WG submission. Adoption of NomCom appointee requirements to the ccNSO Council

Dear all, As indicated by Gabi yesterday, the Council needs to decide by email vote on adoption of the requirements for NomCom appointees to the ccNSO Council. At the Toronto meeting the chair of the NomCom wanted ccNSO Council input on additional requirements from a ccNSO perspective for appointing NomCom appointees to the Coucil and the Board. The requirements as discussed at the council call are included. Once adopted they will be send to the chair of the NomCom. The Council is therefore asked to adopt the requirements. Unless any objection is received by 28 November 2012, the requirements will be considered adopted. Kind regards, Bart

Dear all, The ccNSO is celebrating its 10-year anniversary during the Durban meeting in July 2013. We are therefore now looking for volunteers for a "ccNSO celebration committee". The members of the committee should be able to contribute with ideas and advice on how the anniversary best could be celebrated. Dear Councillors, As we were not quorate during the Council call on 20 November, some decisions need to be approved by email. You will receive four separate emails, which will be posted to you shortly with following content: 1) Call for Approval to review Process of election and voting guidelines. This will also include a call for volunteers for members of the review group. 2) Call for Approval of message to the NomCom on Specific Requirements on NomCom ccNSO Council Appointee 3) Call to support a ccNSO Council statement to support the SOP Working Group Submission on ICANN Strategic Planning process (2013-2016). 4) Call for volunteers to form a group to prepare 10-year anniversary of ccNSO If no objections on items 1-3 by 28 November the items be considered approved.
