Dear all, Included is the draft ccNSO Council submission for consultation on the IANA customer service complaint resolution process (http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/iana-complaint-resolution-27nov 12-en.htm). The drafting included, Keith , Becky and Paul Szyndler. As you may recall this consultation was extended at the request of the Council. Approval of Roelof Meijer on Travel Fund Committee

Dear Councillors, As you may recall, Lesley Cowley has left her position on the Travel Fund Committee, to meet the new guideline requirements. Roelof Meijer has agreed to take seat on the Travel Fund Committee instead. As the next application round for Travel Funding will open on Friday, 1 March, I would be grateful if you could formally approve Roelof in this position by Thursday, 28 February. If I do not receive any objections by that date, Roelof has been approved. Kind regards, Gabi
