This special community event will follow the ICANN President's Opening Session to help build ICANN's new, overarching vision and five-year strategic plan. Short Survey on Future of ICANN Meetings

Dear all, As you may know, ICANN has created a Meetings Strategy Working Group, which is reviewing the way ICANN will be meeting after 2015. Keith Davidson, .nz and Margarita Valdes, .cl are serving on the Group on behalf of the ccNSO, where they are aiming to provide input from a ccTLD perspective. In order to find out what your thoughts and needs are in respect to how future ICANN meetings will be organised, following short survey has been developed: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/T6MCBZH Your input would be of tremendous help for Keith and Margarita, so we would be very grateful if you could take a few minutes to reply! Dear all, Following the notice from 12 June, the timeline for the final , second round of voting has been agreed upon: The voting will start at 24 July 2013 and close on 17 August 23.59 UTC . You will receive more detailed information on the voting over the next weeks. As suggested by some members there will be a session to review the voting during the first round during the members meeting in Durban, on Tuesday 16 July from 17.00-17.20, We realize that the voting will be in the middle of the holiday season in Northern Hemisphere, however we have the benefit of being close to the Durban meeting, where we hope to raise awareness of the members for the voting. New Triage Committee Member Sought!

Dear Coucillors, As you may know, our NomCom appointed Councillor Mary Wong recently left her position on the ccNSO Council. As Mary was one of the three Triage Committee members, we now need to find a replacement. The Triage Committee is a newly formed group, which is making recommendations to the Council on how to react to the various requests for input that the ccNSO is receiving throughout the year. We need a person that has a fairly broad knowledge base about the various issues of our industry. It is essential to be responsive to emails, as the Triage group only has two working days to take a decision on how to move forward.
