Chuck was saying to his colleagues on the CWG that they need to ask the Accountability CCWG to come up with something on del and re-del disputes. Responses from others on these lists indicate that the Accountability CCWG is unlikely to do this which, personally, I think is good as I believe we, the cctlds, should do that following the guidelines in the FoI report.
