Dear all, ICANN is seeking one or more providers to facilitate the sourcing for network equipment for its global network infrastructure. At appropriate intervals commensurate with the expected longevity of hardware the DNS Engineering Department of ICANN refreshes its infrastructure components to ensure that equipment is both current and supported for ICANN production services. The new servers and network equipment is intended to replace or augment existing systems and services provided by the ICANN DNS Engineering Department. The GRC update is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, from 14:45 to 15:15, local time. We will be giving an update on our work to the community during the ccNSO Members Meeting in Marrakech on Tuesday, March 8, from 14:45 to 15:15, local time. This work touches on the documents that this community uses to guide all aspects of its work, including such important matters as how we conduct member and council meetings, select board and council members, make our own (and react to other) community statements, adopt and pursue work plans, and assign roles and responsibilities, among others. And so we encourage all members of the community to attend this report on our committee activities. And we encourage you to not only visit the wiki page but to also visit the guidelines page and familiarize yourself with the work we are doing. It would greatly enhance this important work if we could get your feedback in Marrakech on the guidelines and how you believe they ought to be brought up to date.
