(See attached.) The BFC suggests holding a conference call as soon as feasible to gather the input from the Chairs of the CCWG-Accountability Chartering Organizations on the proposed new cost control mechanisms. Members PDP Oversight committee

Dear all, As you will have noted the PDP oversight committee is on the agenda for the upcoming Council meeting. The intention is that one Councillor from every ICANN Region will be on that committee and one (1) of the NomCom appointed Councillors, will take a seat on the Oversight Committee As also indicated Demi, will be part ex-officio (so the LAC region will not have to put a name forward). The role of the committee is to assist and guide the Issue manager in preparing the Issue Report. Dear all, This is a friendly reminder to look at the Doodle polls ( see included email) before 15.00 UTC tomorrow Wednesday 29 June 2016. 1. The first Doodle poll is for a call for the final selection of the ccTLD members on the CSC. The only possible time for this call is 22 July at 11.00 UTC. 2. The second Doodle poll is for the approval of the full membership (members and liaisons) slate of the CSC. The proposed times will be 10 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC or 11 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC. Please be aware that if you fill in the Doodle polls and accept the proposed time you commit to attend the call, as the quorum rule will apply to both meetings. According to this rule, at least 10 Councillors, and one ccTLD appointed Councillor from every ICANN region needs to be on the call to take a decision. Note that Councillors who will put their name forward will be excluded from the Council selection process.
