A confirmation by mail return will be welcome Thanks for your help SeB Speaker Invitation Dear colleague and friend, European Regional At-Large Organization, EURALO is organizing Tuesday 8th June 2021 from 17:00 to 19:00 (CEST) (15:00-17:00 UTC) a Flash Pitch Tour of ICANN and At Large (by EURALO). It will be a fast-paced tour of the ICANN Community – in Preparation for ICANN 71 and as a mobilization of the At-Large Structures (ALSes) based in Europe. Our goal is for members of ALSes to come to discover or enhance their knowledge of ICANN and At-Large in a new “flash-pitch” format. It will be open to all the ICAN stakeholders. As chair of EURALO, I would like to invite you to be one of the speakers. You are from Europe and As a leader of one of the ICANN structures we would like to ask you (to pitch) to present your organization, its role in ICANN and a “Call for Action” to At-Large or to the participants. In this new “flash-pitch” format, be ready to give a 180 seconds talk (no more!). After a short introduction of the session, each of the 10 speakers will have 180’. As this first part of the meeting will be fully interpreted in both English, French, Spanish and Russian, you can choose your preferred language. This part will take around 50 minutes. Then a short break (10 minutes) will be taken to allow for a breath and to split the group of participants in 4 breakout rooms. Each breakout room will be run in one of the 4 languages (English, French, Spanish and Russian). You are invited to choose one. It will be an opportunity to have open exchanges around ICANN activities and your presentation. Each session (55’) will be run by one At-Large leader and will be ended by a short video. In the draft schedule attached we can try to accommodate you but we will happy to have you available for the 2 hours. Thank you for considering and confirming your availability ASAP. Dear Councillors: I am sending you an IGLC update, cause I wasn't able to attend the last Council meeting. . *IGLC Update* The ccNSO Internet Governance Liaison Committee (IGLC) met earlier this month. Just like the April meeting, also the May meeting had a 90 minute duration. The IGLC continues to refine its strategy and next work items, based on the input previously collected via a SOAR analysis. The concrete actions the committee suggested will be analyzed in terms of their impact and effort. Start Rejection Action Petition Period FY 22-26 Five year Plan

Dear ccTLD Community, Apologies for cross-posting. I am writing to you on behalf of Nick Wenban-Smith, ccNSO Rejection Action Process Manager, to inform you that on 12 May 2021, the ICANN Board of Directors approved the FY22-26 Five Year Operating and Financial Plan (see https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2021-05-12-en#2.a ). The approved 5 Year Plan can be viewed at: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/op-financial-plan-fy22-26-oppla…) On 21 May 2021, the ccNSO as a Decisional Participant received a notice from the ICANN Secretary pursuant to Section 22.5(a)(v) of the ICANN Bylaws. The approved FY 22-26 Five Year Operating and Financial Plan is subject to Rejection Action Petitions from the community. If you are interested in submitting a Rejection Action Petition to the ccNSO Council, with respect to the approved FY22-26 Five Year Operating Plan, please consult Section 2 of Annex D for the requirements, which must be met (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#annexD ).
