[Online Decision] - Procedure and timeline upcoming 360 Review

Dear Councillors As you recall we adopted the update of the Councillor 360 review procedure at our meeting on 21 December 2023. The updated version has been posted and is available at: https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/field-attached/ccnso-council-36… We also agreed to the following scheme for the frequency of the reviews: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gUaUDBeROr7nNphJJbGaxvSqI1WvvJ0emID… Below you’ll find the details regarding this round of the 360 review for your approval. In case you do not agree with it, please raise your concerns to the Council mailing list by the end of *Friday, 26 January 2024, 23:59 UTC*. According to the review procedure all Councillors are expected to receive two 360 feedback reports during their term. The first one will be received 1 year after they take their seat on the Council. The second round of feedback should be concluded 6 months before the end of the term. The following Councillors who took their seat approximately one year ago will be subject to the review: *Molehe, Ai-Chin, Stephen, Chris, Alejandra * and* Olga*. Additionally we will include *Tatiana*, since she's at the end of her term and she should be able to have her Report sent to the Nominating Committee on time for the next NomCom search cycle, if she wishes to do so. This Review has been scheduled for February 2024 (duration 3 weeks), and feed-back to the individual Councillors subject to the review will be provided during or around ICANN79 (see proposed timeline below). The evaluator for this round is Alejandra. As Alejandra will be subject to the review herself, the proposed Designee(s) for her feed-back are Biyi and Jordan. Dear All, ccNSO travel support is available for a limited set of travelers for ICANN80, held 10-13 June 2024 in Kigali, Rwanda. The ccNSO accepts applications for ccNSO travel support as of Thursday, 18 January 2024 (noon UTC), until Thursday, 1 February 2024 (noon UTC). Early or late submissions will not be evaluated. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS. The applicant actively participates in the work of the ccNSO and contributes to its projects and meetings. Examples of contributions to the work of the ccNSO: an active engagement in a ccNSO working group, a role as presenter/session chair/moderator during ccNSO sessions at the public meeting, or other engagements that strengthen the activities of the ccNSO. Important: Applications which do not clearly state an active contribution, are not eligible and will not be taken into consideration. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS. Dear All, The ccNSO welcomes additional volunteers for the ccNSO Internet Governance Liaison Committee (IGLC). The call for volunteers will close Friday, 26 January 2024 (23:59 UTC). Potential IGLC members and those want to learn more about the work of the IGLC are kindly invited to a 1-hour webinar, hosted by ccNSO IGLC chair Annaliese Williams (.au). The webinar will be held on Wednesday, 24 January 2024 at 08:00 UTC. You will be informed on how to join the Committee, the required skill set, the topics that will be addressed by this group, and its working methods.
