My draft is attached. You will note that it is much shorter and
concentrates solely on providing the highlights. My reasoning is that we
want the Board to see the survey and simply providing highlights is the
best way to achieve that. All of the other information is not particularly
relevant to the results of the survey and will in my view serve only to
discourage a full reading of the letter and a trip to the survey page to
view the survey itself.
